Distributors Policy

I. GENERAL POLICY ON AGENCY DEVELOPMENT

1. Conditions for being entitled to be an agent to consume products of BTL VN Trading and Production Co., Ltd.

- Along with building its image and brand, combined with the application of modern Information Technology. The company is accelerating the coverage of agents and distributors in 63 provinces and cities throughout the country by offering high quality products that meet international standards in Vietnam.

- The representative has no criminal record, does not violate the law, does not lose civil acts, does not lose his citizenship and / or is not a subject who is in the execution of the sentence as prescribed by Law.
- Agents must register their business licenses with the state.

- Sign an Agency contract with the Company with a term of at least one (01) year.

- Do not specify the monthly revenue for distributors and agents.

- Be exchanged for alternative products in case the products are not sold due to unsuitable or do not meet customer tastes. All products in return must ensure that no scratches, distortions, dents or colors have been changed and must have their stamps intact.

- Enjoy preferential prices applicable to the Issuing Agent and enjoy all promotions of the Company (if any).

- To use product brands and product images of the Company for advertising purposes in the business process.

- Enjoy all policies to support and promote product brands according to the Company's regulations at each appropriate time.

- Enjoy business bonus policies as prescribed (if specified in the contract)...

- Be consulted in designing booth layouts, supporting items and advertising materials to create conditions for agents to introduce, promote and expand the market for goods provided by the Company.

II. SUPPORT POLICY

1. PR – Marketing Support

- Agents are supported to advertise via internet media, website of www.simplecarry.com & www.simplecarry.com.vn & simplecarry.vn.

- Agents will be advertised with distributors in the mass media (if any).

- Agents can participate in all promotions and promote sales of the company.

- Agents are updated with information about prices, information about goods, products, policies of the Company, marketing programs, sales promotion materials.

- The two sides also coordinate to promote, promote and sell products through forms such as posting new product information, products with promotions, outstanding products, posting product brand logos, manufacturers and suppliers.

2. Support for product information and solutions

- Dealers are supported to answer customer feedback about the product by phone.
– Agents can participate in periodic training courses on products, technology and sales knowledge organized by the Company. Private training will be supported upon request.

3. Merchandise support

– Exchange: Within 7 days from the date of issuance of the invoice, the agent will be able to exchange new goods if the product is determined to be the fault of the manufacturer, the shipping cost is borne by the agent.

- Return: In case the goods and prices are not in accordance with the purchase agreement, the agent has the right to return the goods to the Company. The return of goods is carried out within 7 days from the date of issuance of the invoice and the signing of the minutes of handover of goods.

4. Freight support

– SimpleCarry supports nationwide freight rates.

– Form of shipment: Train, if you choose another method, please pay the difference between the freight by other means - the train rate.

5. Requirements for Affiliates

– Display the company's products at the showroom.

– Support the Company when there are promotions and advertisements taking place at your business point.

– Do not trade in out-of-the-box products or counterfeit SimpleCarry branded goods. The retail price for the customer ensures the retail price specified by the Company. No dumping.
